Sozzled Strawberry Snifter

Another seasonal drink, similar to my Raspberry Relaxant and equally pleasurable as today as a pre-lunch apéritif or of a summer’s evening in the garden or on the balcony/terrace.

Alter the ratio of liqueur to wine if wished to suit personal taste but I’d caution against too high a proportion of liqueur: this is a pretty strong drink as is.

As ever, drink responsibly and please never drink and drive.#mycookbook
