Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBoiled corns
  2. 1 bunchBoiled Spinach
  3. 8Bread slices
  4. 8garlic cloves
  5. 4processed cheese cubes
  6. 1 tspChilli flakes
  7. 1 tspMix herbs
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 cupCornstarch and all puropose flour thick paste
  10. 4 tspGreen chutney
  11. as neededOil for frying
  12. 4 tspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Fir stuffing:-Take a pan put 2 tbsp butter add chopped garlic saute fr a minute then add boiles corn and boiled spinach saute fir 2 to 3 minutes..add 1 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tsp mix herbs and salt as per your taste..mix well...after that grate 4 cubes of processed cheese and put it into a pan stir it continously on sim gas to melt the chesse..let cool down the batter..

    Take bread slices cut the edges of bread and roll the slice to flatten them..apply cornflour and all-purpose flour paste to the edges of rolled bread.. place the mixture and roll it..freeze for 10 to 15 min..heat the oil for frying..fry palak corn cigars on high flame for 1 min and then on low till they become light brown or crispy...remove and serve it hot with green chutney..
