Ingredients

5-8 minutes
1-2 servings
  • 2 packetsWai Wai noodles- contains fried noodle
  • 1 tspchilli powder, seasoning
  • as requiredOil
  • 1 tspMustard oil
  • ForVeggies:
  • 1/3 cupchopped cucumber
  • 1/3 cupboiled & chopped potato
  • 1/4 cupchopped tomato
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1-2Green chillies
  • ForExtra:
  • 1-2 tbsplemon juice
  • As per taste Salt(optional as Wai Wai already contains salt)
  • otherOptional:
  • As required Puffed rice (muri) - optional
  • As per taste Tamarind chutney - optional

Steps

5-8 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add all the chopped veggies.

  2. 2

    Then add the wai Wai seasoning masala, chilli powder & onion oil. * Don’t add the Wai Wai *

  3. 3

    Add the oil, lemon juice, salt & tamarind chutney (optional). Mix it all well.

  4. 4

    Crush the Wai Wai noodles & muri(optional) and add to the mixture. Mix it well and serve immediately.

  5. 5

    NOTE: It will get soggy if kept for a long time.
