Take a chicken breast. Press or use a hammer or rolling pin to pound the chicken breast thickness even.

In a deep bowl add all the spices and give a good mix and add chicken breast pieces mix and add very finely chopped coriander leaves and green chillies and mix well.

Brush oil on a metal plate add pieces and grill on preheated oven at 180c for 12 mint. Each side 7 mints.

And we can fry in a pan with some oil.
