Make deep slits in chicken with knife.

In a big bowl soak chicken in vinegar, water, salt and ginger garlic paste for at least 2-3 hours.

Then drain and pat dry completely

In a separate bowl add all the spices and mix.

Rub this masala on both chicken sides and keep them in fridge for 2-3 days.

Keep changing their sides so that tha masala is absorbed properly.

Steam chicken for 20-25 mins

Then Deep fry you til golden and crisp.

Serve hot with chapati, raita and salad🔥
