Steps

Wash eggplant and cut diagonally. Brush each side with sesame oil.

Pre heat oven at 250°C and bake it for 10 mins each side.

After that remove from oven and brush it with miso mixture each side then put it back again in the oven for 5 mins each side again.

When done sprinkle with sesame seed and spring onion.
