In a mixing bowl combine the buttermilk,oil,eggs, sugar and whisk for 7mins. Add in the hot water,mix till the sugar dissolves completely.stir in the flour and remaining dry ingredients.give it a nice mix until a smooth nice texture is achieved. Lastly add the food color to your desire and mix.

Arrange your cake cups and scoop in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven. Allow to cool completely before frosting. You can also enjoy it without the frosting.

For the frosting pour the whipping cream powder in a bolw and add the chilled water.using an electric hand or stand mixer, beat on high speed until thick and creamy. Add the milk and vanilla and beat for 3 more minutes.transfer to a piping bag and decorate as desired.garnish with some red velvet crumbs.
