Roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds and knead make powder

Boil kokam in water

In container add chopped onion add turmeric powder,knead powder of coriander and cumin seeds.Add besan

Add jaggery,badi soff and red chill powder.

Add ginger garlic paste add boil kokam water,finally salt as per taste.add boil kokan water and mix nicely

Wash alu leaves and dry nicely.spread batter on leaves and put cross

As per image shown arrange leaves and spread batter on leaves fold leaves

Ready for steam

Heat water in container put leaves on jali and steam for around 15 to 20 mints

After 20 mints it's properly steam.and ready to cut

Cut in small pieces

We can do it's deep fry also.but usually i prefered shallow fry

Heat pan put oil for shallow fry and put step by step.

Fry both side still become crispy and crunchy.ready to eat super tasty spicy alu wadi
