Ingredients

  1. 500 grflour
  2. 11 grfermipan
  3. 25 grmilk powder
  4. 250 mlwarm milk
  5. 5 spoonsugar
  6. 1tea spoon salt
  7. 1 pcsegg
  8. 2 spoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fermipan, butter, salt, egg, sugar and oil into the warm milk

  2. 2

    Pur the whole into the flour and milk powder

  3. 3

    Place in a pot, cover in a warm place for about 60-70 minutes

  4. 4

    Knead the dough intensively and roll on a thin layer of flour about 2 mm thick

  5. 5

    Cut into squares

  6. 6

    Fried in hot cooking oil

  7. 7

    Serve with sugar powder
