Prepare and bake brownies, following package directions, using a 13"x9" pan and then cook on a wire rack.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

In a small bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form and then fold into cream cheese mixture.

Spread over the brownies and then top with pie filling.

In a microwave or small heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and stir until smooth then drizzle the chocolate over the brownies.

Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to set chocolate. Enjoy!
