2-1/2 cupextra sharp cheese shredded
1 teaspoonsalt
3 ouncechorizo
1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
1/3 teaspoonwhite pepper

Chop the chorizo and heat in a pan

When heated add the broccoli, salt, garlic, and white pepper.

Stir cover and simmer till broccoli is at your desired tenderness.

Add cheese and simmer 3 minutes covered. Remove from heat.
