Steps

Wash your meat and ponmo and cook it till soft add your wash dried fish to the pot,add palm oil and stir.

Add grinded onion and pepper add small amount of water and stir.

Add grinded ogbono and cray fish give it a very good stir add locust beans,salt and seasoning cubes.

Leave to cook for 10 minutes then add ogu leaves stir leave to cook for a while then off the cooker.
