Paneer tikka masala curry

For paneer: cut paneer, capsicum & onion into pieces. You can cut into square shape also.

Now in a bawl take curd, add gram flour & all dry species, mix all well. Now heat oil & add into the mixture, add capsicum, onion, paneer & mix well then cover it & put into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

For curry : now make a paste of onion, tomatoes & garlic.

Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, now add onion, tomatoes paste & cook it for 2 minutes. Now add all dry species, mix well. Cook for a minute.

Now add water & marinated paneer, capsicum & onion, mix well, cover the lid & cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Now it's ready to serve. Serve it with paratha or naan.
