Cut pastry in to 3 rectangler shapes and prick with fork and dust with caster sugar and bake on 180c till golden brown

For the vanilla cream!!! )boil milk and vanilla till boiling point and egg yolks and sugar to bowl and mix then add some milk to the cornstarch so u get a paste then mix with the egg and sugar till disolved, then take milk off the heat and slow add to the egg mix whisking at alltimes then add back to saucepan threw a sive then boil and keeping stiring and the vanilla cream should thicken then add butter mix in then add to bowl or piping bag and add to fridge for 1hr then check

Then your ready to layer your puffs and dust with icing sugar and put in fridge 1hr then serve 👌
