Mix the flour with salt, ajwain, semolina. Then add oil and knead the dough.

Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Make sure the dough is tight.

Now roll the dough in circular shape. Keep the roti thick.

Now cut the dough in the shape of cashew.

Heat oil in a pan. Keep it on medium flame and fry the cashew shaped paare.

Sprinkle black pepper and chaat masala.

Serve it with hot tea.
