Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlmakhane(fox nuts)
  2. 2 bowlYellow roasted chana
  3. 1 bowlcashew
  4. 1 bowlalmonds
  5. 1 teaspoonchat masala
  6. 4 teaspoonghee
  7. 2 bowlmurmura
  8. 1 bowlpeanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
    Roast the Makhane in ghee until they are crispy and crunchy.Remove from pan and keep aside.

    Heat the remaining ghee in the pan and fry almonds, Cashew nuts, yellow roasted chana, murmura, penauts.

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix one table spoon chat masala in it and mix well. Let the Namkeen cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
