This gives instant energy as it contains lot of fiber. It is easily digestible and gives strength to bones. This also controls cholestrol.

Steps

Take a kadahi and add 1 cup salt and spread it.

Roast lotus seeds, then peanuts, then almonds, then cashews (only one type of nuts at a time).

Roast all items until turn golden brown.

Add roasted lotus seeds to a wide mouth bowl and add 1 tbsp melted butter.

Now roast each item separatelt and add to this bowl.

Add raisnis and cocnut without roasting and mix everything properly.

Sprinkle sugar and chat masala

Makhana namkeen is ready. Serve this with tea or any drink.

This can be prepared during fasts by using sendha namak instead of regular salt.
