Everyone loves munching...so why not give a healthy twist instead of regular store bought namkeens.Easy to make homemade guilt free and healthy namkeen which will be loved by all.
Steps

Take 3 cups poha and dry roast in a kadhai
Take little oil and roast 1 cup peanuts,1/2 cup cashews,1/4 cup kishmish,handful dry coconut strips.roast everything in oil till little crispy and keep aside.now in same kadhai with little oil on slow flame add few curry leaves,2-3 green chillis chopped,mix and add haldi powder,chaat masala,amchur,salt and sugar(masalas can be adjusted according to your taste). - 2
Now add the roasted poha and other roasted items.mix everything on a low flame until it's evenly coated.

Let it cool down completely.Store in air tight container.
