Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgraw green grams
  2. Salt
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onions
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. Capsicum
  7. 1/2tspn Turmeric
  8. 1 tsproyco
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sort, wash and boil green grams until tender.

  2. 2

    Chop onions, capsicum and tomatoes. Grate garlic.

  3. 3

    When all water has dried and becomes tender add in oil,garlic, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, spices and salt. Stir to combine and cover, let it cook for 5min then stir again and remove.

    Serve with starch of choice.
