  • 3capsicum
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 tablespoonfresh malai/cream
  • 2 teaspooncurd
  • 1.5 teaspoondhaniya powder
  • 1.5 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspginger
  • 1 teaspoonJeera/Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonhing/asafoetida
  • 2 tablespoonoil or butter

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Cut capsicum in cube shaped

  2. 2

    Make puree of tomato, onion, malai, green chillies, ginger, curd

  3. 3

    Take kadai put butter jeera hing chopped onion saite till golden brown add capsicum let it get cooked

  4. 4

    Remove saute onion and capsicum

    In same butter add puree all spices mix well now add saute onion and crunchy capsicum

    Mix well cover for 5 minutes. Ready to serve
