Ingredients

  1. 2Snake gourds (cut into small pieces)
  2. 2 tbspThur dal
  3. 2 tbspMoong dal
  4. 2 tbspChana dal
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. 1 tspUrad dal
  7. 1 tspPepper
  8. 2Green chillies
  9. 1 tspJeera
  10. 1 tbspGrated Coconut
  11. Fewcurry leaves
  12. 2Dry whole chillies
  13. As required Salt and oil
  14. 1 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add chana dal, Thur dal, moong dal and snake gaurd in a pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water and Cook for 1 whistle.

    Grind the coconut, pepper, green chillies and jeera into paste.

  3. 3

    Add 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, whole chilli and saute well.

  4. 4

    Now add the cooked mixture and add the coconut paste. Add required amount of salt.

    Cover and cook for 5 minutes and serve hot with rice.
