Ingredients

20 mins
  1. As much zucchine as you want
  2. 100 gplain flour
  3. 1 glasscold, from the fridge fizzy water
  4. 1couple of ice cubes
  5. Oil for frying
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and slice courgettes into sticks. Discard the seeds. Dry very well using kitchen paper. Heat oil in a large pan or wok

    Put flour in a bowl. Add water and whisk well until no lumps

  3. 3

    Add ice cubes to the batter mix. Add the courgettes in batches. Fry in batches and drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy
