Cooking Instructions

First, take any deep mixing bowl. To make the dough mix all ingredients.also add ghee for moin. Mix it well with Your hands.

Add little Water don't make soft dough like a chapati dough.knead dough Little hard and stiff.

Now on a rolling board take some portion of dough(it is thicker than roti).Now roll it only 2-or3 times Not roll too big make small size.

Heat griddle sprinkle some drops of oil now put koki on griddle cook from both side (on low flame) don't add ghee or oil.

Till than turn gas on low flame.Now again roll it on a rolling board.add koki on griddle after few minutes add ghee or oil stir both sides.until crisp or brown.

Best results cook on medium flame. Now our koki is ready.Serve it with chai or any pickle.
