Mango Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Soak Chia Seeds for about 15 20 mins in normal Room temperature.

Cut mangoes in cut small pieces. Take 3/4 th quantity of mango and make puree.

Add this puree to the milk soaked in which chia seeds are soaked. Also add honey and vanilla Essence and mix well. Keep it in fridge.

Now take glass or bowl in which you want to serve. Put cut mango pieces into it. Add mixture of puree and milk. Again add mango pieces and garnish with nuts. It's ready to be served.
