It's one of my signature dishes.
Everyone loves it.
Do try it you will like it. It's little different from other recipes but very very tasty.

Cooking Instructions

Marinate chicken with soy sauce, corn flour and black pepper for 1/2 hr or more than fry it but don't overcook as we have to cook in sauce also.

Boil spaghetti with salt and little oil and drain, add yellow colour if you like (optional)

Boil rice in water with chicken cube /powder, salt and oil boil completely and strain

Stir fry vegetables in little oil with salt, black pepper and little soy sauce and take them out

In same wok /pan heat oil add ginger julienne and green chillies and just fry for few sec add salt red chilli powder and tomato puree and cook add little water to cook, add chicken and cook till tender and thick sauce.

In a bowl mix Mayonnaise with some water to make thin and add curry powder it should be of pouring consistency. Add green onions in it.

Different ways
1_Make layers and put in preheated oven for dum
2_in pot or wok n dum like biryani
_In an open pot put some oil than some rice than 1/2 veggie layer, than 1/2 spaghetti n mayo sauce, than half chicken layer than again repeat till top rice layer, put on Tawa /hot griddle - 10
Put tarka on it yes it's necessary for it heat oil and put garlic slices and green chillies (optional) when they turn golden brown pour on rice and cover and dum /steam them for few mins like we do for pulao n biryani believe me it gives such a good aroma and taste.

Take out carefully on serving platter, if you put in oven for dum use the serving dish n make layers on it cover with foil n dum n on serving time serve as it. Drizzle mayo sauce on it

Maybe it's because I remember sitting at the bapsang with nothing but a huge wokful of fried rice and as many spoons as there were people eating, and just digging in until we were all stuffed. Definitely because it was just so tasty - the simple deliciousness of pork belly or bacon, and sauteed and slightly caramelized ripe kimchi, all tossed with yesterday's rice and a little bit of sugar, soy sauce and gochujang to make it even spicier.Delicious memories!As with most fried rice recipes, stale rice works best. So the next time you have Chinese, Thai, Korean or Japanese takeout, you might want to save your leftover steamed rice to make this dish later in the week. Also, while some people like to make their kimchi fried rice with fresh kimchi, I personally like it much, MUCH, better with the ripe, sour stuff. x -
