Steps

Take mix dal, wash and boil add drum sticks

For 1st tadka take a pan add oil pour ginger, onion, garlic, tomato paste

Add dry spices and boil for 5 minutes

Add in to dal, for 2nd tadka take a pan add ghee and oil add jeera

Add neem leaves and red chilli and red chilli powder and hing

Add in to dal and pour in to a bowl

Then serve with rice and salad
