Ingredients

  1. Halfkg ground beef
  2. 6 pcswater chestnut, minced
  3. 1 pctamarind/mandarin peel
  4. Black pepper
  5. Onion, minced
  6. 8 pcsbaby bell pepper
  7. 1little salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix beef, onion, water chestnut, black pepper, salt, black pepper. Mix well until properly combined. Leave for a while. Around 15 mins

  2. 2

    Open the tip of bell pepper and remove seeds. Scoop a little beef mixture and insert inside the bell pepper. The other mixture just form a round shape. Steam for 15 mins
