Recipe for Sate Maranggi: Tender and Delicious Beef Skewers

Yesterday, during Eid al-Adha, I received quite a bit of beef, so I decided to make Sate Maranggi. Here's a tip: if you want the beef to be tender, wrap it in papaya leaves and let it sit for 45-60 minutes. If you're using tenderloin, you don't need to wrap it in papaya leaves because it's already tender.
I hope all the recipes I share on Cookpad are useful and can help all the moms out there looking for cooking inspiration. Besides, my main goal in writing on Cookpad is to document all my dishes for myself and for my children when they grow up, hehe.
Whatever the dish, if we cook with love, it will taste better, especially when enjoyed with our beloved family. If you want to see the video, you can click the link in my bio, or you can search for my channel name, Erni Safitri.

Happy trying, my online friends. Sending love from me to all of you. :)
