My brothers love mithai, especially the ones which are unique, special and fusion food oriented. This Rakhi, I have prepared Cranberry Choco Peda, which all must try and enjoy with your family with the goodness of gooey chocolate and cranberries.
Steps
- 1
Heat milk in a kadai on low flame for 2 mins. Immediately add milk powder, sugar, milkmaid, cocoa powder and ghee and mix it throughly.
- 2
As you are cooking it on slow flame, add dry fruit slices and cranberry slices. Mix it. Stir it continuously until the mixture separates from the ghee and turns into a thick dough form.
- 3
Grease a plate with ghee first. Spread the mixture and allow it to cool down. Grease your palm and knead the dough at least for 10 minutes. Then divide into small lemon sizes. In a plate spread milk powder, roll over the lemon sized Choco Peda.
- 4
Then garnish with cranberry on top of it.
