Steps

First roast murmurs on low flame for 2-3 minutes or until the murmura becomes crisp then keep aside.

Heat ghee in kadhai and add jaggery. keeping the flame on low.Stir continuously until the jaggery melts.

Check the consistency by dropping syrup into a bowl of water it should form a softball as while for another minute and check. Now turn off the flame and add cocoa powder dry roasted murmura and essence.

Make until the mixture is well combined in jaggery syrup grease your hand with ghee and make laddu as your desired size and store in an airtight container.
