I made this from my left over samosa sheets but u can make this afresh. Its crispy and taste just like crackers. It can be fried as well but I baked for an healthy version.
Steps
- 1
Combine all the ingredients above and knead until u have a firm and stiff dough(u can add little pepper to the dough if u want it to be spicy). Cover and let it rest for 30mins. The resting time is very important.
- 2
Preheat ur oven.Roll and cut into desired shapes. It must be rolled as thin as possible. Put in a baking pan or tray and bake for 2- 5mins. It doesn't take time to bake. It doesn't need to be brushed with oil. It will come out brown itself. I used pot and stove to bake this.
- 3
Ur healthy crackers is ready. It can be stored in a airtight container for weeks. Enjoy 👌😋.
