  • 1 teaspoonred chili paste
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin
  • cream and egg mixture■■■■■
  • 3eggs
  • 5 tablespoonLiquid cream
  • 3 tablespoongrated cheese
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Pinchthyme
  • Pinchgarlic powder
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoonchopped parsley
  • 50 gmelted cheese for brush the quiche base

Steps

    Prepare the quiche dough: in a jar put the flour, water, olive oil, salt, teaspoon of dry yeast, a pinch of sugar, pinch of thyme, pinch of garlic powder close the jar and mix without touching or kneading, spread the quiche dough and prick it with a fork and brush with melted cheese and lahrissa (spicy red pepper paste) and leave in the fridge.
