Ingredients: For dough :; 2 cups maida; 1 tbsp powder milk; 1 tsp sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tbsp oil; 1 tsp yeast; 3/4 cup water; 1/2 kg boneless chicken(cube); 1 tsp red chilli powder; To taste salt; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp lemon juice; 2 tsp soya sauce; 1 tsp ginger garlic paste; Ketchup; Chilli garlic; Cheese

Ingredients

5-6 servings

For dough :
2 cupsmaida
1 tbsppowder milk
1 tspsugar
1/2 tspsalt
2 tbspoil
1 tspyeast
3/4 cupwater
For filling
1/2 kgboneless chicken(cube)
1 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tsplemon juice
2 tspsoya sauce
1 tspginger garlic paste
Ketchup
Chilli garlic
Cheese

Cooking Instructions

1

For dough : add all ingredients and mix a smooth dough and let it rise for about 2 hours.

For chicken : add all ingredients in the chicken and marinate for about 30 mins then cook it.

You can give any shape to your dough.. I have used the shape of huma in the kitchen.. I have add cheese into it.
