Take a nonstick pan, add ghee and both the flour.

Roast this flour till golden yellow.

Now add elaichi powder, desiccated coconut, grinded dry fruits powder and sugar mix well than add milk also.

Now cook well till left the sides of pan. Off the flame.

Grease the plate and spread this batter on it.. Apply varak on it. Cool it cut it in desired shape.

6 cup burfi is ready to serve.
