Sift flour and add salt. Mix well

Add oil

Add water bit by bit and mix till you have a soft dough. Cover and allow to rest

Transfer dough work surface. Make small ball out of the dough

Roll out each dough flat

Grease the surface with veg.oil and dust with flour

Arrange the dough on top of each and roll it out flat till thin

Heat pan. Place the dough and heat till it form small bubbles as shown below

Remove from heat and cover to allow it cool down. Cut the dough out round circle and divide diagonally into four

Cook chicken with spice and seasonings. Remove d chunk and shred with fork or pound. Heat oil add Ginger and garlic along with shredded chicken add spice & stir fry remove from heat. Mix flour and little water to form a thick paste. Take d sheet and fold the curve part in two rub the paste to gum. Add d filling, rub paste and seal. Pardon me forgot to snap d step. And fry in hot oil. Drain and serve with your favorite dip
