Healthy Gud Papdi

Keep all the ingredients ready in a plate. Heat a pan add ghee and flour.

Roast flour on slow flame till aroma releases and turns pink. Now add powdered Gond mix well and stir continuously.

Now add one by one poppy seeds, coconut, dryfruits ginger, piprimul powder and mix well. Turn off gas and add jaggery mix well till merges very well.

Transfer ready Gudpapdi mixture in a greased thali by pressing with katori sprinkle coconut, dryfruits and poppy seeds and again press with katori..Make pieces with knife.

Serve in a plate and enjoy Healthy YUMMY Gudpapdi. Can store for a month also.
