Ingredients

1 person
  • 1 teaspoonyeast
  • 150 mlwater
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 75 gSliced chorizo
  • A fewolives
  • 75-100 ggrated cheese
  • 2 tablespoonsCrushed tomatoes (fresh or tinned)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour and the yeast together and slowly add the water. Then rub flour on your hands and kneed for 10 minutes until elastic

  2. 2

    Leave the dough for 1 1/2 hours in a warm place to rise

  3. 3

    Roll the dough out into the shape you would like your pizza.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes, then the cheese and then the toppings (chorizo, olives and any other toppings you may like)

  5. 5

    Then cook for around 10 minutes in a hot oven until the cheese is bubbling.
