Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onions and capsicum, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat.Don't overcook the veggies.

We are not adding in more calories by frying the Paneer before. So now, add the soy sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce,ketchup, black pepper and salt to the veggies. Mix and lower heat to medium.

Then add in the cornstarch slurry. Combine well, and mixture will start to thicken. Add 2-3 tbsp of water.

Stir in the paneer cubes. Toss to combine the paneer with the sauce. Garnish with spring onions.
