Make a smooth paste of urad daal. Add curd, salt,hing, black pepper, red chilli powder. Mix it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in pan and make vadas in Oil. Fry it.

Now, take 1 litre water in a bowl. Add cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, pudina paste. Mix well. Deep vadas in pudina water and keep in freeze for an hour. It's ready to serve.
