Hot Chicken legs with Red Sauce

In a large bowl put all chicken legs after washing and taping to dry.

Add all the marination ingredients over the chicken leg and rub with hands to mix completely.

Cover and keep in fridge for at least two hours for marination.

After marinated time fry the chicken legs at medium to low flame till cooked well.
- 5
Take a fry pan add water, sugar, salt, hot sauce and ketchup cook on low flame.

Add red crushed chilli and vinegar once it thickens.
- 7
After platting the fried chicken legs pour red sauce on each chicken leg.
- 8
Hot Chicken Legs with hot sauce are ready to serve.
