Halfkg rice soaked in water
2 tspcumin seeds
1Bay leaf
3 clovegarlic roughly chopped
2 glasswater
1 tspsalt
Halfcup oil

30 minutes

Heat oil. Fry garlic, cumin and bay leaf.

Add 2 glass of water. Add salt. When water start boiling add soaked rice. Cook till rice done.

Serve with murq cholay or any gravy.
