  • 500 gmBoneless meat
  • 2 tspLal mirchi
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • Oil 4ts
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • 1-2Hari mirchi

    Wash meat and add all spices kept for 10 minutes.. add water, put on stove till 4whistle on high to medium flame,after whistle chk the meat tenderness

    Dry the left over water on high flame.heat oil in a kadhai add curry leaves, hari mirchi, and cooked meat. Saute well for 5minutes.. and serve with rice and khatti dall..
