It's my own recipe and it is a very easy and quick making dish with very little amount of ingredients.

In a bowl take all ingredients of dough, mix well and by kneading it prepare the semi-stiff dough.

In a pot take sugar, water and crushed cardamom and make sugar syrup of one string and keep it aside.

Divide dough in equal parts of little bit big balls and roll chapati.

Now take a small bowl make slurry paste by mixing flour and oil and apply it evenly over chapati.

Fold from edges to end corners and make a roll.

Cut roll on the distance of half-inch by slanting (tirchha) the knife,6-7 pieces will be ready from one roll.

Heat oil and deep fry all the pieces on low to medium flame until it becomes crispy and golden.

Dip all the fried pieces in sugar syrup for 30 seconds.

Crispy Sweet Layered Leaf is ready to serve.
