In a bowl add millet to water and bring it to heat. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 mins. Stir in between. Set aside, if excess water is there then drain.

In a nonstick pan heat olive oil and add chopped garlic. Stir for a minute and add mushrooms. Fry on low flame until releases moisture. Set aside.

To the cooked millet add fried mushrooms, chopped parsley, sliced boiled egg, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.

Serve with parsley garnished and sliced eggs.
