1.5 cupPsyllium powder
4 tspbaking powder
2 tspsea salt
1 tbspsweetener
4 tspapple cider
3egg yolks
80 gramsbutter
4 cupswater
3egg whites
1/2 tspcream of tartar
1/2 cupcubes cheese

Mix all ingredients except egg white and tartar

Beat egg white and cream of tartar until frothy, then add to the the flour mixture

Preheat oven at 170 degree celcius

Add cubes cheese to the prepared dough ball

Bake the dough at 1 hour and 15 mins
