1 kgFish
1 tspSalt
1 tspBlack pepper
1/4 cupVinegar
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tspChilli flakes
1/4 tspAjwain
Coating
Egg and bread Crums flour

Mix all ingredients

Apply all marination on fish & marinate for 30 min

Dip fish in flour then beat egg and bread crums

Then fry on medium flame serve with your fav sauce I like with sweet chilli sauce. Happy cooking🔥
