1/2 cupfresh pomegranate seeds
1medium size carrot, peeled and grated
1medium size onion, finely chopped
1tomato, finely chopped
2 TBSPcoriander leaves, finely chopped
1green chili, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 TSPcumin powder
to tasteBlack salt/ salt

Start by mixing the curd, salt and cumin powder. Add in the carrot, onion, tomato, coriander. Give it a good mix. Add pomegranate last, mix and serve.
