In a pan heat ghee and then roast curry leaves, cashew, coconut, peanuts & almond. Once golden and roasted transfer it in to a bowl.

Again heat ghee now add all the spices and add makhana. On a low flame roast the makhana. Let it roast untill crispy. Add ghee if you want. You can use oil also. Mix the peanuts & cashew mixture and it's ready.
