Ingredients

  • 250 grmsmakhana / fox nuts/ phool makhana
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1/4 cuppeanuts
  • 1/4 cupcashew nuts
  • 1/4 cupalmond s
  • 1/4 cupdry coconut
  • to tasteSalt
  • As required Ghee for rosting
  • 2 tbspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspaamchoor powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee and then roast curry leaves, cashew, coconut, peanuts & almond. Once golden and roasted transfer it in to a bowl.

    Again heat ghee now add all the spices and add makhana. On a low flame roast the makhana. Let it roast untill crispy. Add ghee if you want. You can use oil also. Mix the peanuts & cashew mixture and it's ready.
