Ingredients

40 minutes
10 laddu
  • 1 1/2 cup Atta,
  • 1 1/2 cup Ghee,
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 2 tbsprava,
  • 3 tbsp Besan,
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder,
  • 1 TSPnutmeg powder
  • ,1 tbsp mix dry fruits (optional)

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the atta,rava, besan.add 4 Tbsp warm ghee.mix it well.use a little amount of water and knead a stiff dough.

    Take lemon sized dough and make shape according to the given picture below.take a kadai and heat ghee in it(not so warm)fry in low to medium flame till golden brown.break in small pieces and grind it

    Keep it a side and heat a pan and add jaggery and 4 Tbsp ghee.stir till syrup consistency.and pour it in mixture.

    Add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and 3 tbsp ghee, mix well and make laddu.
