Karonde ka instant achar
Steps

Wash,dry,cut and deseed karondas

Wash,dry andcut into 2 green chillies
- 3
Heatup pan add oil then kalonji and asafoetida
- 4
Add karonda, salt and turmeric powder cover and cook on low flame
- 5
Add green chillies and cook for 5 more mins
- 6
Add all dry masalas and mix nicely
- 7
Switch off flame and let it be covered for sometime
- 8
When cool keep it in an airtight container and enjoy
