Ingredients

10-15 mins
1 bowl
  • 250 gmkaronda
  • 100 gmgreen chilli/green chilli
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted and ground fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp roasted and ground cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsproasted and ground fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 tspkalonji(nigella seeds)
  • pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tbspmustard oil

Steps

10-15 mins
  1. 1

    Wash,dry,cut and deseed karondas

    A picture of step 1 of Karonde ka instant achar.

    Wash,dry andcut into 2 green chillies

    A picture of step 2 of Karonde ka instant achar.
  3. 3

    Heatup pan add oil then kalonji and asafoetida

  4. 4

    Add karonda, salt and turmeric powder cover and cook on low flame

  5. 5

    Add green chillies and cook for 5 more mins

  6. 6

    Add all dry masalas and mix nicely

  7. 7

    Switch off flame and let it be covered for sometime

  8. 8

    When cool keep it in an airtight container and enjoy
